These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to and regulate the provision of financial services provided by Greenbond Finance Company Limited (“Greenbond”), a company that is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) which provides permissible financial services to the customer herein. These T&Cs govern the relationship between Greenbond and I, as the customer who has requested Greenbond to establish a credit facility account (“Loan Account”) OR an investment account (“Investment Account”) on my behalf. By accepting these Terms, I agree that I have received, read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms contained herein and the Greenbond’s subsequent amendments thereto, as well as the laws, rules, and regulations now existing or which may hereafter be enacted, issued, or enforced. I agree that by requesting for a Credit Facility or Investment Account, I shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Greenbond’s financial services (as may be amended from time to time); and that I have, read, understood the said T & C .
If I do not agree with the terms contained herein or any other applicable T & C, I will not proceed with the application.
General TermsGreenbond may change the terms of these Terms, with or without notice to me. Greenbond may record phone calls and other communications with me, and may use the information for any lawful purpose, at its sole discretion. I agree that my application for the establishment or maintenance of a Loan or Investment Account with the Greenbond will be subject to the Greenbond’s processes and reviews, which may require me to provide further information or documents. Non-enforcement or delay by Greenbond in enforcing any applicable term or condition of our relationship does not prevent Greenbond from enforcing the clause against me.
User/I am responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all IDs, passwords, personal identification numbers (PINs), or any other codes that I use to access this electronic portal/service It is your duty to keep your security information relating to your account and this application secure. Where you suspect that the security may have been compromised, you are required to inform us as soon as possible. Please change your password and any other security credential immediately. Greenbond will not be liable for transactions carried out where access to your account has been compromised by you, malware or human interference outside of our control. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
If you wish to contact us, or if any condition in these Terms and Conditions requires you to give notice to Greenbond you may send such communication to us by e-mail to customercare@greenbondng.com or to such e-mail address that may be communicated to you from time to time. We will confirm receipt of this by contacting you in writing by e-mail. If we have to contact you or give you notice in writing, we may do so by posting such notice on our website; the App, by e-mail or SMS to the mobile phone number or e-mail address you provided to us.
At Greenbond’s request, I will be required to provide all relevant financial statements, contingent liability details and any other information relating to me or any of my financial affairs. I hereby waive any right of confidentiality whether arising under common law or statute or in any other manner whatsoever and irrevocably agree that I shall not argue to the contrary before any court of law, tribunal, administrative authority, or any other body acting in any judicial or quasi-judicial capacity. All Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) regulations are to be complied with and adhered to
